Your Donation can transform lives.
Thank you for supporting us. Your donation will help us to achieve our vision: training medical staff in West Africa to set up self-sustaining Reconstructive Surgery units across the region. In this way many thousands of people can be helped.
How do we spend your money?
We are an independent Scottish charity that raises part of our income from individuals and part from grants and trusts. If you are a current supporter or are considering donating and would like to know how your donation might be used, here are some examples of what your money could be spent on:
- £10 buys wound dressings for one operation
- £100 buys one cleft lip or palate operation
- or,
- £10 per month buys the release of one burn contracture per year
- £20 per month buys the skin graft to one ulcer per year
- £50 per month buys the correction of hand deformity for one patient per year
